This was the 8th company’s anniversary and as is becoming the custom, we celebrate it having a fabulous dinner, some pool and karaoke competition. 2011 was and is a year full of projects and challenges for the company. We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who was involved: clients and crew as well. Thanks to them, 2011 was a great year.

Since ours origins, in Serfe we have been characterized by a continuous training of our team to offer the best solutions based on the last technologies and tools. In this direction we have performed a training that we consider of great value. This groupal training has led us to a better teamwork and therefore a better development of our processes. "Coaching: Develop your Potential" course was developed by Mr. Andrés Belizán  (Teacher association NTU graduates since 2011 ICC Certified Coach Practitioner in NLP) that led to all Serfe's staff to get new teamwork methods to optimize and improve the performance of daily tasks.

Indeed this was a very especial date for all of us in Serfe. Behind these 9 years of history there is an incredible amount of hard work, sacrifice, struggle and dedication. Both former and actual crew members gave the best of themselves toward such accomplishment. In these 9 years we faced many obstacles and challenges and we were able to make it through because of the talent, the heart and resolution of our crew.

On April 27th we had an especially active participation in the 2013 FLISOL (Free Software Installation Latin American Festival). The company’s CEO Federico Berardi participated in a presentation called “Working with free and open source code software on the development and deployment of web sites and applications”. Federico Berardi showed how Serfe provides integral solutions in regard to web development using open source licenses. In the event several topics were put to relevance such as copyleft or how to focus free software and its implication in scientific investigation projects.

This year we decided to invest part of training budget in a funny way, having a group trip with all team members and their families. We wanted to strengthen the team work and know each other better in a different environment. The choice for this experience was to spend a weekend in Córdoba, surrounded by nature in a cottage complex extremely beautiful and quite.

On October 18th we celebrate the traditional roast anniversary. A year in which Serfe managed not only to hold in the market, but it has managed to continue to grow substantially. As always, we have to thank all our customers, thanks to the trust placed in us and the challenges we face, have done that a year we remain benchmark for quality and support in our industry.

We are a friend group too. We love to share barbecues and histories in our free times to make our bonds of friendship stronger than yesterday. Some friends who recently entered and friends who entered many years ago but all of them enjoy to work in team with cooperation and solidarity. And all of this, obviously, is thanks to the confidence our customers have placed in us.

Another year that we celebrate another anniversary and we made a great barbecue with the team work.

Another year that we continue working hand-in-hand with our customers and attending their needs.

Another year that we are reference in quality and support in our sector.

Another year that we are still working with the same principles and values since we were born.

Another year that we work with cooperation and solidarity in our team work.

Another year that we propose to fulfill another year with effectiveness and efficiency in our work.

Last 9 of November we had the luck to participate of the php conference 2014 in Buenos Aires . It was an amazing experience with the best experts in programming and CEO's of big companies. Our objective of this conference was not only get new knowledge but also how to apply it in our company to get improve in the services we provide to the clients who trust us every day.

The past 16 October like other years we fulfill again other anniversary and we do not find other best way to celebrate that with an Asado, typical food of Argentina. It was another year that we continue providing solutions with the best quality to our clients, the people who trust in us everyday. We want to fulfill other anniversary and we will work for it.
