Since ours origins, in Serfe we have been characterized by a continuous training of our team to offer the best solutions based on the last technologies and tools. In this direction we have performed a training that we consider of great value. This groupal training has led us to a better teamwork and therefore a better development of our processes. "Coaching: Develop your Potential" course was developed by Mr. Andrés Belizán  (Teacher association NTU graduates since 2011 ICC Certified Coach Practitioner in NLP) that led to all Serfe's staff to get new teamwork methods to optimize and improve the performance of daily tasks.

We are a friend group too. We love to share barbecues and histories in our free times to make our bonds of friendship stronger than yesterday. Some friends who recently entered and friends who entered many years ago but all of them enjoy to work in team with cooperation and solidarity. And all of this, obviously, is thanks to the confidence our customers have placed in us.

On November 4, 2013 was performed in the city of Santa Fe the official presentation of the Cluster TIC Santa Fe with the presence of authorities of CESSI, CaCESFe, the Industrial Union of Santa Fe, the Santa Fe Regional Faculty UTN, the National University of the Litoral, the Rosario's Cluster TIC, the Rafaela's Chamber of Business Development Computer, the Parana's Technological Pole, the Government of the City of Santa Fe and the Economic Council TIC of Santa Fe. The event, held in the old Railway Station Belgrano, had lot of companies belonging to the Cluster TIC and sample the products and services which offer them.

On October 18th we celebrate the traditional roast anniversary. A year in which Serfe managed not only to hold in the market, but it has managed to continue to grow substantially. As always, we have to thank all our customers, thanks to the trust placed in us and the challenges we face, have done that a year we remain benchmark for quality and support in our industry.
